9000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

To access the full range of services on the 9000 platform, you are required to register and create a valid personal account. During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. Only one account is permitted per individual — registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration to be eligible to use the 9000 platform. The platform does not permit use by minors under any circumstances, and 9000 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.

9000 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. We recommend using a strong and unique password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring that your device is always secure and up to date.

All financial transactions on the 9000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate, valid, and belong to them. The use of payment methods belonging to a third party without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and further investigation by our compliance team.

Every deposit made into a 9000 account is subject to minimum and maximum limits as set by the platform, which may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 9000 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes, a process that ordinarily takes no longer than seven (7) business days.

All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed by the user. If you notice any unrecognised or unauthorised transaction in your account, you must contact the 9000 support team within 48 hours of the transaction date. 9000 accepts no liability for any losses arising from a user's failure to report suspicious transactions within the specified timeframe. All transaction records are stored securely and can be made available as a reference upon a valid request from the user or the relevant authorities.

All content on the 9000 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, source code, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 9000 or its duly licensed rights holders, and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or otherwise exploit any content on this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9000. Unauthorised use may result in civil and criminal legal action.

The 9000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for the convenience of users. 9000 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party website before engaging with them.

9000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the 9000 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
